Are you thinking of dipping your toe into Transaction Coordination for buyers? Then this plan is for you! When you choose this plan you will allow us to take Command and some of the more tedious tasks off your plate. We will collect and review all purchase contract documents, create and/or maintain related Opportunity, submit all compliance documents, enter your commission, and verify proper commission payment. Additionally, we will manage and monitor all contractual deadlines, act as lead communicator for lending and title servicers, order home warranty (when applicable), ensure collection and deposit of earnest money, and coordinate closing. Most importantly, with this plan, we will give you back some of your time so you can focus on growing your business. *Buyer communication on this plan is done via email. Buyer and agent will be forwarded documents and kept up to speed throughout the entire transaction. All paperwork will be saved in a shared dotloop folder. We will not handle repair negotiations or the writing of addendums.
