Ready to go all in with Transaction Coordination for buyers? Then this plan is for you! When you choose this plan you will allow us to take nearly all of the work off your plate, all you have to do is get the buyer under contract and we’ll take it from there. We will collect and review all purchase contract documents, create and/or maintain related Opportunity, submit all compliance documents, enter your commission, and verify proper commission payment. We will also, ensure collection and deposit of earnest money, and send you weekly status updates via email. Additionally, we will manage and monitor all contractual deadlines, act as lead communicator for lending and title servicers, order home warranty (when applicable), send the buyer(s) reminders to get homeowners insurance and activate utility services (incorporating your preferred vendors), and coordinate closing. Most importantly, with this plan, we will give you back some of your time so you can focus on growing your business. *Buyer communication on this plan is done via email. Buyer and agent will be forwarded documents and kept up to speed throughout the entire transaction. All paperwork will be saved in a shared dotloop folder. We will assist with drafting repair negotiations, writing addendums, or terminations under your direction.
