Service Description

While the KW Command System is amazing, learning to navigate it may not be your strong suite. If you choose this plan, we will take all that off your plate! We will collect and review all listing compliance documents and follow up with you if we notice any discrepancies. Then, we will create and/or maintain the Opportunity within Command, find and submit listing documents in Command, and collect and review all purchase compliance contract documents. Finally, we will gather and submit all purchase documents into Command, enter your commission and verify your commission is properly paid, freeing you to focus on other aspects of your business.
