Service Description
If you are prepared to free yourself completely and dive all into Transaction Coordination services, this it the plan for you! With this plan, we will enter your listing data and pictures into the MLS, and setup ShowingTime per your instructions. We will also, collect and review all listing compliance documents, create and/or maintain the Opportunity within Command, find and submit listing documents in Command, and collect and review all purchase compliance contract documents. Next, we will manage and monitor all contractual deadlines, maintain your transaction calendar, and send you weekly status updates. We will also be the lead communicator for lending and title services (incorporating your preferred vendors list), order a home warranty (when applicable), assist with any repair scheduling and payment, and coordinate closings and walkthroughs. In addition to all this, we will gather and submit all purchase documents into Command, enter your commission, prepare a virtual closing folder for you, and verify your commission is properly paid. allowing you to focus on other facets of your business. Finally, we will also send a review request to your sellers after closing and make sure you get credit for the sell on Zillow, all to ensure you get as much of your free time back as possible! *Seller communication on this plan is done via email. Seller and agent will be forwarded documents and kept up to speed throughout the entire transaction. All paperwork will be saved in a shared dotloop folder. We will provide assistance drafting repair negotiations, writing addendums, or terminations under your direction
